Dyeing Yarn in the Kitchen
Using the items and tools you have in your own kitchen, students will learn to dye yarns and fibres with food colouring and Koolaid. Create fun coloured yarns without special pots, pans, or dyes. Anyone can learn to dye yarn in the kitchen!  Come and learn with Jane of 3dogknits about the dyeing process and how to create your own amazing yarn colours. 

Please Note: This class is limited to 10 students.
Teacher: Jane
Materials Required: Rubber gloves, plastic bags (to carry wet fibre home), an apron or clothing cover and an old towel(s) to sop up extra dye.
We will be supplying you with all the tools you will need and two skeins of beautiful yarn.
*Additional yarn will be available for purchase.
Prerequisites: Ability to work with wool.

Cost: $100 (includes dyeing supplies and 2 skeins of amazing yarn)  *You will need to bring rubber gloves, plastic bags, apron and an old towel(s).
Time: 4 Hours
